Return and Exchange Policy

As YAMAN ÇAKMAK VE PROMOSYON ÜRÜNLERİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., a company prioritizing customer satisfaction, you can confidently exercise your right to return or exchange products purchased from www.q-toro.com in accordance with the principles outlined below, in case of any dissatisfaction.

1. RETURNS UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer may exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Terms and Conditions for Products Subject to the Right of Withdrawal:

The product must be unused, untested, and suitable for resale.
The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, labels, and any accessories.
Due to hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted for opened packaging of underwear, personal care products, and similar items.

Return Process:

The product, along with the original invoice and delivery receipt, should be sent to the address below.
Returns can be shipped free of charge via MNG Kargo using the customer code “55439972”.

2. CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE

The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the product delivery date.

Conditions Required for Change:

The product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Before initiating the exchange process, a request must be submitted by sending an email to info@q-toro.com .
Once approval is received, the product, along with its invoice, should be shipped to the specified address.

Shipping Fees:

The shipping cost for the first exchange is covered by the SELLER.
For the second and subsequent exchange requests , all shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.

For approved exchange requests, the new product will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days .

3. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

The right of withdrawal and exchange cannot be legally exercised for the following products:

Products manufactured specifically for the customer's request.
Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics)
Used, washed, label removed, or damaged packaging products.
Perishable or expired products

4. REFUNDS

After the returned product is checked for compliance with the conditions, the product price will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days via the payment method used during the order.
Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are only refundable for returns made under the right of withdrawal .
