2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website with the domain name www.q-toro.com , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, kind, quantity, sales price, payment and delivery method of the product subject to this contract are included in the pre-information form generated by the system based on the information entered by the BUYER during the order creation process, and this form is an integral part of this contract.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, delivery information, and the right of withdrawal on the website www.q-toro.com, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.
4.2. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after receiving the order.
4.3. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form.
4.4. In cases of force majeure or stock depletion, the SELLER may send a different product of equal quality and price, or terminate the contract, after informing the BUYER.
4.5. The BUYER must inspect the product before accepting delivery; if it is damaged, the BUYER must have a damage report drawn up and refuse delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period via e-mail ( info@q-toro.com ) or through the communication channels on the website.
5.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and the invoice included.
5.4. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS INVALID

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products manufactured specifically to meet the BUYER's personal requirements.
Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, etc.)
Products that have been opened or used.
Services performed instantly in electronic format and initiated with the BUYER's approval.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes arising between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement shall enter into force and become binding on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
