This Privacy Notice has been prepared by YAMAN ÇAKMAK VE PROMOSYON ÜRÜNLERİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“the Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), to inform you about the methods, purposes, legal grounds for processing your personal data and your rights.

3. SHOPIFY INFRASTRUCTURE AND DATA TRANSFER ABROAD

Our company website is powered by Shopify Inc. infrastructure. Shopify stores data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which are physically located abroad (Canada, USA, Ireland, etc.).

In this context, some of your personal data may be processed and stored in data centers abroad via the Shopify platform.

Shopify adheres to GDPR and KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) compliant security standards. However, according to Article 9 of the KVKK, this data transfer can only be carried out with your explicit consent .

Your explicit consent is obtained before completing membership or order processes. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. PARTIES AND ORGANIZATIONS WITH WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE SHARED
